I don't enjoy leaving 1 star reviews but this place has gone way downhill. I know that the restaurant business is difficult and... the cost of doing business has skyrocketed. But these places continue to sacrifice quality and I can't keep quiet aboutit. Let me start by saying I love this place and bad reviews are difficult for me but management needs to know. The staff isalways great and I have no complaints there. But this weekend I got there before the lunch rush and got chicken nachos, achicken burrito, and two regular sodas. It was $35.00. Chicken was dry, chips were stale, guac was brown, and they were out ofdesserts. I continue to say it in my reviews but I don't mind paying higher prices so long as the quality of food isn'tsuffering. For this lack of quality, I can't justify the expense. Read more

When you're in the mood for some sweet pulled pork, this is the place to go. They have a specific take on Mexican food that just... hits the spot, just like In N Out, The Habit, or Five Guys have their take on burgers that satisfies a specific taste. Theirlocation is always clean and staff is great. We've been here many times and they're really good with producing quality mealswith fresh ingredients. They can recreate the same meal time after time with the same consistency each time you go. The onlyvariance that I've ever really seen is that the "hot" sauce sometimes has a little more or less kick than other times - It'salways good though. If you're going for the first time, these are two of my favorites: the Sweet Pork Burrito, "Enchilada style"and the Sweet pork Salad with extra pico de gallo. The reality is that no matter what you get, you'll be happy with it. Read more

I ordered on the app and it said ready by 6:10pm. I got there at 6:15 and they didn't even start the order yet and said it would... be 10 min. 25 min after I still didn't get my order. I asked why so long and they were short handed on Taco Tuesday. So I got myorder 50 min after ordering. I could have just walked in and got in line and had my meals in 10min. They obviously cater to theimmediate need vs online orders. Should have a dedicated person for online. The food is good but not that good. I will neverorder on app again. They shouldn't have it if not prepared to hire for it. Read more

These gals killed it!! They served us 15 minutes before closing. We are from out of state. I asked for a Smothered burrito. ... The lady said "I've never heard your request said like that " ... (that's how we ask for it in Utah where Cafe Rio originated1997). Great food and service. They were totally ok with us staying after hours to chat and deal with our kiddos!! Read more

1st timer. Lunchtime. Kind of like a Chipotle -where you pick what you want for your meal but this has completely different... options. The burrito bowl looked good, I went for enchiladas and they were great. I had chicken and pork, both seemed like theywere seasoned in sweet juices - which was great for me, but some others may not like it. 4 different salsas - yum! Reminder:this is a fast food type Mex restaurant that serves good food for what it is :) I will definitely go back! Read more
