Look, lets get the positives out first. Was it a great burger? Independent of everything else during my experience id give it a... 8/10 on the burger. Were the fries good? Yea, actually better than average id say 8.5/10 for the fries. This is where thingsget very ugly for 5 Guys. The Price My goodness, I spent $18 on just myself for a Cheeseburger & a small fry. Didnt even get adrink.... Im not getting waited on or at some 4-5 star michelin star restaurant. This is a fast food establishment. Why are wecharging such exorbitant prices? Excellent quality hamburger and overall excellent feel with cleanliness. Also nice touch with self help to peanuts. Fyi.... Hamburger is double patty and mini hamburger is a single. Read more
Horrible customer service, hispanic male employee who seems like the manager being extremely rude to us, stating that $100 bill... is fake by scribbling their counterfeit pen all the way over the bill, telling us to go to the bank to authenticate the bill,just to find out it is completely real.
