The prices seemed high, but man, they cut the biggest pieces of sushi! It's actually a way better value here. Everything was... delicious and they gave me free fountain drinks / edamame while I waited for my order. Great place! Read more

Best sushi in Ventura County! If I go anywhere else I'm always disappointed it's not like Minato
This is the best Japanese restaurant and in addition Sushi Bar in the Conejo Valley. The fish is always fresh and the rolls and... sashimi are always well prepared. I recommend their combinations, particularly the katsu, tempura, and chef?s choice sushi. The tempura shrimp and vegetables are great. I recommend for the area, given our proximity to the sea, the Cajun Tuna Sashimiand the bigeye tuna. The photo is from a new roll that (I think) is called KTS? Regardless it is great. The staff is alwaysfriendly despite them being scaled back during this pandemic. Read more
