OUTSTANDING! I ordered a festive bundt cake for a coworker to be delivered to her home. I was SHOCKED that I could put the order... through just a day before, and as to how much customization and fun details was able to be added to the cake (ie. balloons andbanners AND a card). Not many places offer this. I included 'Nut allergy & early morning delivery' in special instructions(which most bakeries don't have the option to do). And guess what? IT ARRIVED AT 9:45A (even though the delivery time was10A-5P... what a interval of time!) DURING OUR SURPRIZE COMPANY ZOOM FOR MY COWORKER. Everyone was SO impressed, and she saidthe cake was GREAT! The cakes are good, but the customer service is horrible. I pre-ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and picked out a cute... flag for it, but since the box was sealed, we didn't notice until we got home that the flag was not included. I called about it,and they very rudely and condescendingly told me, "We can refund your 25 cents, if you would like that." No apology. It's for my13 year old, obviously I don't care about 25 cents, but it would have been nice to get an apology or some other reparation sinceI ordered it days before Managers should not be so rude to customers.
