I booked this hotel for March 2023. I learned that they are being converted to a homeless shelter. I cannot determine when... this is happening and NO ONE answers the phone. I have not received any official notification at all. Quality Inn corporate isno help either. Read more

My room was much better this last time. Enjoyed my stay. Except for the leaf blowing twice on Friday, Sat. and Sunday. ... Covered my car which is not necessary. Note only vending machine is for soda and water. Allows pets now. Smelled like dog pooin courtyard. Grab breakfast every morning includes fresh muffin. Michelle at the front desk is amazing. Professional, friendlyand kind. Takes care of the guests. Most of smokers did so away from the rooms. Others smoked right outside front doors rightnext to other guest rooms. Not very nice. Otherwise it was okay. Can be Peaceful at times. Read more

Positive: This was a gorgeous little property with a beautiful courtyard and pool. The rooms were redone and everything was very... clean. Our favorite feature was the excellent staff. They were kind, very helpful and informative. Negative: The breakfastthat's included wasn't impressive. It would be better to just give someone a voucher to a local restaurant. Read more

Just checked out yesterday after booking 2 rooms for 6 nights to visit a dying family member in the area. Never used the coffee... machine the entire time (went to Starbucks every morning). Somehow was charged $25 for "a missing part of the coffee machine."Called and tried to speak to the general manager but he would not take my call. Was told he "would not budge." Beware if youstay at this hotel that you may be falsely charged for damages. Per the reply below from the "Customer Care Team," no one hasreached out to us despite several attempts on our end to talk to the general manager. Read more

The service was good he was real nice he said next time instead of going through other traveling give them a call and they'll... give you a good rate The room was nice and clean the bed oh my gosh it was so comfortable it's got one of memory foams and yourbody just sinks right into it when you want to get a good night's sleep you'll get it if you love your bed your would love theroom that he gave me was super quiet I didn't have nothing around my door or outside my window this only bad side is thebreakfast is grab and go I had such a good night sleep and I set my alarm for 7 I woke up way too early 4:20???? ????and since Ihad a motor coach bus I was able to park my bus inside the parking lot in front of the building I would have gave them a FiveStar Plus but due to the breakfast was grab and go they are still under the pandemic Read more
