Horrible service. Can?t understand why people work customer service if they hate dealing with customers. Super rude, don?t greet... anyone. They?ll let you stand there like an idiot until you say something. I asked if they had any pepperoni pizza and the malejust bluntly said no so I asked how long because he didn?t tell me and he said they just opened even though it had been an hoursince opening and they couldn?t even give me a wait time. These workers would rather turn down service than deal with it. Thisplace should just shut down honestly. It?s managed so horribly. Customer service is horrible every time I come. Food was okay. They said they were out of water cups for my kids, but had regular cups. It seemed too much to just put water in... regular cups. They sent us to Panda Express. I ended up getting the rest of our meals there. Read more
Typical of Sbarro in a good mall environment. Feels slightly dated but overall slightly better than average.
I personally think that the food at Sbarro used to be a lot better. But still I come here a lot.
