We had a large group, for a retirement party. No reservations are being taken so we had to hope there was room for our 12. We... didn't wait 5 minutes before they took us back, 6 pm on a Thursday. The waitress was calm and happy to take care of ourlarge group. She saw that all our needs were met right up to us leaving. We would definitely return. The appetizers weregreat, and the meals were more than enough portion wise. ( If I had to say a negative I would have to say...the veggies werevery crunchy. But I didn't mind ) . First time here, was a gorgeous evening! Our view was absolutely beautiful (see photo), we sat on the deck. We'd made... reservations. Service was great, the waitress answered the questions we had and was knowledgeable about the food options. Weordered: Sharables: Seared ahi tuna, Mesquite mushrooms, Mussels. Meals: Nutty Walley, Tuna Poke, Chicken and shrimp, Shrimpwith crab stuffed ravioli (the special); Italian sausage and veggie soup. Dessert: carrot cake. I'd recommend 100% of it! Dark, it's dark. A lake front restaurant should be bright and open and full of light. What we ordered amounted to standard bar... food, but cost twice as much. Probably wouldn't go back again, it wasn't that the food was bad, it was good, but it'soverpriced. I wonder if Gordon still does his makeovers? ;) Read more

The food was good but way too expensive. Had a waitress who delivered our families meal (5 people) missing one meal and we had... to wait for the extra meal to come out, then she never came to refill our drinks until I asked her to. At the end of our mealthey had the late meal taken off the bill and we paid our bill, giving the waitress high end of 15% tip. This waitress came upto my family and I as we were leaving in front of all the other customers upset and said "did I do a bad job?" We were allconfused recounted the money just to make sure we didn't stiff her anything and we didn't. That was very unclassy of her andembarrassing to my family which we came to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday. Very disappointing. Read more
