My sister-in-law and I went there for lunch. After we got our order she said that there was no sour cream on her chalupa. So I... just got up to go ask for some and the girl that was working on the line started telling me that she didn't do anything wrongand that it was made how it was ordered. We did ask for no lettuce but nothing was said about the sour cream. But that wasn'twhat I was doing. I was just asking for some sour cream. Usually this location is pretty great but today when I ordered a large Baja blast and got to the window they informed me that... they need to change the box out for it (something that only takes maybe 5 minutes) they asked if I would like a different drinkinstead. I replied politely with a "no thank you" less than a minute later another girl was at the window asking the samequestion (at this point it is obvious they just don't want to change the box out even though it is empty) I reply "no" again sothe manager comes to the window and again asks the same thing needless to say I never got my drink because the employees whereto lazy to be bothered change out their syrup box for the pop machine Read more

Worst Customer service ever!!!! every time I place an order they deliver it incomplete. today 12/4/22 at 6:18 PM I place an... order through the drive way. when the order was deliver to me i check it and notice there was two items missing.
