Ordered online, get to location and door is locked. Called and this nice lady answered and told me to go thru drive thru, that... they are short staffed. I go thru in a reasonable time and the lady at the window was so sweet and apologetic. Read more
Please use extreme caution when using this location. They have a reputation of not giving you all the food that you pay for.... They will not correct their mistake and will blame the customer or accuse them of lying. The manager will not be of any helpbecause she said she doesn?t make mistakes and will get her staff to back her up. Very unprofessional and immature. My mainissue is that they will not give you the food that you paid for or refund the money. And that is illegal. Someone from corporatereally needs to come in and investigate this location and take necessary action to rectify this situation whether it be retrainor replace the staff and/or take disciplinary action against the franchise owner.
