This is solely based around the app, not this location explicitly. That may change based around the pending quality of the... food. Line level employee I spoke with was friendly. Management level employee I spoke with wasn't particularly helpfulregarding my issue but to be completely fair, was out of her wheelhouse. --- Cinnabon App - Ensure there are absolutely 0 typoswhen you finally confirm your order credentials. Payment tender is IMMEDIATELY processed and may cause double billingissues/confusion with your bank. Having to go back and edit, and resubmit tender again ultimately may lead to a double-chargeissue with your financial institution. If anyone at the corporate level reads these reviews, this feedback needs to beimmediately given to the individuals in charge of developing said app. EDIT --- Bumped this up to 4. Food arrived in a timelyfashion and the quality is what you would expect. Was worth the headache I experienced in regards to the app. With that said,however; I would avoid using the app until some of the more annoying bugs like the aforementioned get worked out. Also takenote of the price gouging - items ordered through the app are more expensive then in person at a location directly. This is aduplicitous trend in all food apps, 1st party or otherwise. Very friendly staff cinnamon rolls are very tasty as well
Went there to get a roll and encountered the store manager Mr. Gene Takovic. We had a brief exchange. He came across as a witty... and nice guy. Cool glasses too. Seemed like I could trust him. I wondered how he ended up there. Anyways, a few days later, Iwas watching some funny cat videos online and randomly searched for "conman Albuquerque". There was a sleazy lawyer that showedup in my search which had an uncanny resemblance to Gene. Next time I'm back in the mall, I'll stop by and ask him about it. Read more
I purchased two packages of cinnamon rolls, they were delicious. Where my problem lies is the staff! Major issue in the fact... that the employee who checked me out after I had paid using my debit card that required the use of my personal PIN number. Theyproceeded to request that I give them my debit card as well as my ID they wanted two forms of identification to purchasecinnamon rolls!!!!!!!!! NOT OK!!!!!!!!!!!
