Because of the location, we didn't expect much of this place and were blown away by the freshness of the fish and the quality of... the cuts! Sinju Sushi is the real deal, for a very reasonable price :) Read more
We got a couple of tuna bowls, the Hawaiian and the seared tuna bowl. We also got a couple of miso soups, salmon nigiri, and... creamy scallops. The lighting in the restaurant was almost a yellow color, a very warm coloring. The only thing that bothered meabout a place that charges $9 for two salmon nigiris was their restroom. The wall behind the toilet is covered with afloor-to-ceiling mirror. The bathrooms are unisex, so there was splatter behind the toilet and all over the mirror. It lookslike it has not been cleaned for a while. It looked like the splatter had been collecting for a while. Read more
