I used door dash for my food so I had to choose Green Ginger as a choice via door dash. I spent over 100.00 dollars. I got my... food it was cold. Usually when you order chowmein and dinners you at least get white rice with it, we got nothing extra. My eggdrop soup had nothing but broth and corn. Very disappointed it the taste and quality of the food. I called them and told them myfood was ice cold, they tried to blame it on door dash. I can see when door dash picks it up from the restaurant. The biggest reason I really enjoy ordering food from this place is that it does not matter what time I call them, even at 5... minutes to closing time, they will go out of there way to make my order fresh, fairly portioned, hot and delicious! I reallyappreciate how they treat the customer with respect and as the priority. Unlike almost every other restaurant if you call toorder even within one hour of closing you most definitely are given serious attitude or just told no completely, and some wonteven answer the phone intentionally. But not Green Ginger, they always always take my order and do so pleasantly! More than oncethey have even stayed and waited for us late to get our food. That is customer service! I keep seeing reviews where peoplecomplain about the price or portion size, which I have never had any issues with- for one- because just like everything else inthe world right now- prices have gone up, therefore cost of the goods and everything else they need to run their business hasgone up-obviously meaning the prices must go up. That is the way it is. For two- You can't demand good quality food and servicefrom someone and also expect them to do so for free. Come on people be realistic and fair. As for the service like I said in myopinion (especially as a third shift night owl) being able to order late and not be treated poorly because of it is huge for me.But even when I have gone here during the day to dine in or take out, they have always been patient, friendly and courteous. Sowhat if sometimes they are not running around laughing and smiling. I?ve had nice meals here in the past, but seems to have gone downhill. Vegetables look old and sesame chicken is mediocre.

First time. Was looking for a dependable, enjoyable, delicious Chinese restaurant in the Laconia Tilton area of NH for a family... birthday lunch celebration. So many former local ones had gone down hill as a response to the pandemic. Reviewed website, menuand pricing of Green Ginger and shared with rest of family. It was easy to find off of exit 20, I-93. We were all coming fromdifferent directions. We each chose from the lunch menu with each choice delicious, clean, well prepared and reasonablypriced. What a great family family lunch.
