Just watched a manager here yell at a customer and tell her to shut up. They asked for a refund and he yelled and said he was... not giving her a refund. This manager has no customer service skills. This was absolutely sad. I have 30 minutes for my lunch break, and this Burger King is 4 minutes from my job. It took these... people 11 minutes to get a sandwich, fries, onion rings, and a drink. I was the only car in the line. Everyone in there is oldand or mentally disabled. I have no problem with mentally disabled people, but I do not believe that they should be the mainones in a restaurant. I now only have 10 minutes to eat my food with the driving time and the waiting time that it took for meto get this food. Hopefully, this food is good and I may be able to change the star rating to a two star. Read more
