I love our dunkin and most of the employees...however...there is one manager who is consistently rude to the customers and... employees. She was working on election day morning. My drink order was somehow lost and I waited patiently for several minutes.When it was ready I didn't hear her call it out at first. When I asked nicely if it was my latte she was very rude andconfrontational. Other people I was with noticed. She told me that she "only called it out like 3 times!" and "that's what youordered RIGHT??" I was very taken aback. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that she was the manager. This is the worst Dunkin doughnuts I've been too the girl at the register charged me for a hot coffee instead of an iced coffee... then she made my coffee wrong then another worker made my coffee then she had too throw it out cuz she didn't ask me what my Iordered it's the way she was acting like it was a problem to take care of the customer the right way they had to make my orderthee times before they got it right I'm never going here again and I will tell all my friends and coworkers not to go there'rebecause they shouldn't give you an attitude as a customer I worked for Dunkin before that's why I know my drink was made wrongthey need to get a new staff or close this Dunkin down.
