We've been frequent customers here & the now closed Tinley location, and live w/in walking distance. Last Thursday evening, we... placed an order for pick-up. A portion of my husband's payment was with $2 bills- obviously legal currency. The woman cashier,who never says 'hi' back to us or have a nice day, began questioning him: "where did you get these? why do you have these? whyare you giving them to us?". She then went to the business next door to get a currency checking marker, all the while the foodis sitting there. Then, she even called her boss to discuss my husband paying with some $2 bills!! My husband felt so belittled,alienated, and poorly treated, and said so, and said he was leaving. He was treated like some criminal! And this woman's job ishandling money and never seen a $2 bill before?! Sadly, they sure lost our business. The food is mediokre, plain & bland anyway. Read more

I ordered takeout the pizza was ice cold when it got to the house. But the buffalo wings where hot. I really was disappointed... with the pizza. I have been eating durbins for a long time but after this order I will never order from this place again verydisappointed. The ranch sauce for the wings was watery never seen or tasted anything like that truly disappointed with that aswell. Read more

Placed an order online and when I went to pick it up at the pick up time a half an hour later they didn't even know that an... online order was placed because they didn't check the online orders. The person working there said that they encourage peopleto call in orders and to not use their online ordering because they don't check those orders. WHY HAVE ONLINE ORDERINGAVAILABLE IF NO ONE CHECKS THE ORDERS. I was prepared to stay and wait for them to make the order but thet didn't offeranything for the inconvenience.
