Something about the fluffy eggs, gooey cheese, and smoky-sweet ham calls out to me. Served on a hand-pickedAsiago bagel (my personal preference), it?s hard to beat one of these things warm from the prep kitchen. I usually take myorder to go. It?s carefully wrapped to preserve the heat during the car ride to the office or home. I don?t even need to warm itup in the microwave upon arrival. Ordered online well ahead of my arrival: a hot latte, a breakfast sandwich, and a cinnamon roll. Came in 2 minutes after the... notice did it was ready and waited 5 minutes because they don?t have enough staff. I'll start by saying I've had 3 previous great experiences here so was completely shocked and extremely frustrated today. I... ordered lunch online which a coworker picked up for me. The frappe was made in a regular coffee cup which I've never seenbefore. How am I supposed to drink it like that? The smash I added was completely missing from the order. The sandwich I orderedwas on a plain bagel instead of the one I selected and also missing tomato and cucumber. It looked like it was haphazardlythrown together as it was a mess when I opened it. I tried to call and got no answer. So I drove back to the restaurant to tryto get my order fixed only to find they were closed 10 minutes before their posted closing time!
