I spent over 5 minutes fighting to place an order on their pos kiosk only to find out the stupid thing couldn't take a payment.... A nice cashier finally asked for my order. It took him all of 30 seconds to take my order and payment. The kiosks need to go. Read more
The food is fine but the afternoon shift is just not able to manage a drive thru. Each time there's something missing out of the... kids meals and they are frequently out of items: everything from chicken nuggets to toys. Doesn't matter how many cars are inline, you will probably park in overflow for 15 minutes until someone comes to your car and asks for your receipt because theylet the orders "go for too long and now they can't see them in the system anymore"... ???? This is the smallest McDonald's with the WORST parking lot. the whole thing is one way and drive thru/trucks constantly block... the entire lot. The fries are NEVER cooked thoroughly. The staff is super amazing, but it's definitely worth the extra drivefor fully cooked fries. They aren't America's favorite when they are soggy, cold, and undercooked. Read more
Service was very slow. Used the drive thru and was asked to pull forward and wait. When asked jokingly how they would know which... car to bring it to, the girl said she'd remember and then, 15 minutes later when our order came out, she proceeded to take it to2 other cars before finally bringing it to us. Some of the staff at this McDonald?s are very disrespectful and lack basic customer service. My husband and I used to frequent... this McDonald?s but not anymore. They screw up our orders more times than I can count. On Saturday night my husband and I wentthere to pick up a filet-o-fish, small fries and a hazelnut coffee. The drive thru worker tried to hand us the coffee and itlooked like a cup of milk so my husband said he will not take it and they just need to add more coffee, the worker kind ofsighed and took the coffee back, dumped all the ice out and filled it with hot coffee, so now our ice coffee was warm and stillmilky. When my husband said that he?d just like a refund on the coffee the worker took the coffee back again and didn?t say aword, not a single word! So we drove off, and I realize our filet o fish that we requested no cheese on, had cheese. We willnever be order there again. Go to the McDonald?s off of Washington Ave. they replaced our whole order from above for free eventhough it wasn't their mess to fix. Read more
