I've lived in Titusville on and off my entire life, and it wasn't until today that I realized what I had been missing ?... Victorio's. I cannot stress enough how PERFECT the food was. We ordered steamed oysters and black mussels for our appetizersand, lemme tell ya, I've never had mussels this good in my life. They were so tender and flavorful, and the oysters were secondto none. Then the entrees arrived (pizza and chicken parm) and they were better than any pizza or parm in Titusville. If you'relooking for good seafood, good Italian food, or just all around good food in general, I HIGHLY recommend Victorio's. Stopped in for dinner last night for our 1st time. Was greeted by a beautifully feathered fella who made sure we got parked and... escorted in. ???? The place was clean & inviting. Tristan waited on us giving us great recommendations. He was very attentive &polite and made us feel very welcome. Talked about the house made items and how good everyone thinks the ranch is. Tristanlaughed because apparently he & I are both fry and ranch dippers lol Jon had the house dressing on his salad and said it wasvery good. The food didn?t take long and did not disappoint. Walked in with my friend. We were seating promptly. Ordered our food and it was out within 10 minutes. I Ordered the Shrimp... Alfredo and my friend ordered meatless Eggplant Parmigian.. Let's just say the food was hot, fresh tasting and I'm full! Theshrimp were grill perfectly! The small bread they give was soft but had a crunch. Not bad for $40. The restaurant was not bad. Our issue was that it had a menu that was not so easy to understand. If you want any meat in the... meat sauce, make sure to add meat balls, it was a marinara not a Bolognese. The blackened fish was super overcooked, was betteras fish salad with tartar sauce. I had the bacon cheeseburger, which was good. a little better planning in the kitchen wouldhave made it a great deal. The bun to meat ratio was off and the veggies were a good portion,but needed to match the bun size. Iended up with half a bun with no meat or veggies.
