After having to turn around and go back to the drive thru because I was given the wrong sandwich, not only did the employee not... acknowledge there was a mistake when I gave her the wrong one back, but she almost didn?t apologize at all when she handed methe correct one. And when she finally mumbled sorry, it was an afterthought. She wasn?t paying attention to me, but to herconversation with another employee. Mistakes happen, but you don?t treat a customer that way.
