Fantastic food, friendly service, highly recommended! My husband and I were visiting from Toronto are both foodies. Our niece,... who lives in Tofino, highly recommended Jeju...and we can see why! Wow. We were both blown away. The food is so SOOOOO GOOD.Every single dish we had was unbelievably delicious and also beautifully presented. Loved Jeju?? we were seated very quickly and got served right away. Great service from the staff????????\nI suggest ordering... food to share. We had the fried chicken which was really good and not greasy at all! The Bibimbap was very tasty but I think itshould be served warmer (maybe I?m spoiled for loving dolsot style). Some friends of ours had visited Tofino a week before we did and they told us we had to try JeJu. They were 100% correct!\n\nWe... could only get reservations for a late dinner, but going in hungry probably elevated the experience. The staff were all supernice and knowledgable about the items on the menu.\n\nWe decided to start with the Fried Chicken and ordered the Denver Steakand the Sung Style Ribs.\n\nOur server told us that all items were made in house, including the sauces. The gochujang sauce thatcame on the Fried Chicken was outstanding! It was less sweet than the store bought stuff with a much more delicate taste. Thechicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We have not had a chicken this tender or juicy, especiallyconsidering that they use white meat. The portion was also a healthy size even when shared by two.\n\nThe Denver Steak wascooked to a perfect medium rare. It also came with all the ingredients you need to make single bite lettuce wraps. The homemadessamjang sauce was just as flavourful and delicate as the gochujang that came with the Fried Chicken.\n\nOur personal favouritewere the Sung Style Ribs. Our server told us that the recipe for these ribs was created by the owner of the restaurant. Theseribs were nearly fall off the bone with just the right amount of bite. The meat was super tender without disintegrating in yourhands. The sauce was flavourful and paired really well with the greens and rice that came on the side.\n\nOur server recommendeda Korean pear juice to go with our meal. It was refreshing and not quite as sweet or acidic as apple juice, which made itperfect for such a warm day.\n\nWe plan on coming back to Tofino regularly as an in country vacation spot; when we do, JeJu willbe one of the first places we come back to for sure! The fact a Korean restaurant this good can be found in a tiny town like Tofino is remarkable. I live in central London (UK) and... am spoilt for choice when it comes to Asian food- I have 3 Korean restaurants within a 5 min walk of where I live. None of themcome close to how good this place is. Food was delicious. We ordered a number of different dishes and shared them. The only badthing I can say about the food was the tuna kimchi rice was too spicy for the average person to enjoy, my wife could only handlea few mouthfuls. That said it was still delicious and I would still recommend it, just be warned! Read more

Very nice atmosphere, staff very helpful in choosing food that is amazing to try. We ate out in their patio. Even it was... raining they have over head heaters to keep us comfortable outside.
