How hard is it to update your website? Or have employees who keep the store open till your website says will be. I just wasted... $10 in gad plus my time for the open sign to be on yet all the lights off doors locked employees there. These are the simplethings a huge corporation you would think be able to handle. I guess it just passes me off so much because I'm a man of my word.If I say I'll do something consider it done. I stopped by there after a 12 hrs shift and bought 2 pepperoni hot and ready and 2 2litter pops and I even tipped them. I get... all the way home and 1 of my pizzas was cheese. I wasn't upset until I tried to call them and they would not answer therephone. They would either pick it up and hang up or just let it ring. That is the time I got furious. Read more
Disgusting, rude and awful customer service. I went to this location with my older cousin. She had a gift card that she tried... to use to pay. The man behind the register COULDN?T figure out how to punch in the gift cards. He repeatedly said ?we?re busy?when there was only 2 other customers in the building and everyone in the back was just talking. Absolutely horrible servicedefinitely need some new employees or some new management. We had to go to a different location to get our food. Read more
