Employees were rude when we had trouble using the mobile app. Wasn't a big deal that it wasn't working on our end properly but... they were not nice about it. We didn't want to hold their line up so we just didn't use it. I know employees don't know a lotabout the app other than how to bring up orders but some patience and understanding would go a long way. Read more
Made a purchase through the app. Paid through the app. Got to store to pick up in drive-thru. Was yelled at by manager at pickup... window and accused of trying to steal my $4 order because my payment in app didn't go thru. It would've been so much morecongenial to say something along the lines of, "There was an issue with the app payment, and we will need to re-run your card,"than responding to my confused, "But I paid through the app?" with, "Uh, no. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER. IF I COULD TURN MYSCREEN AROUND AND SHOW YOU YOU HAVEN'T PAID, I WOULD!!!!" I now understand the constant shortage of staff. Read more

Literally the worst McDonalds. I've gone there for years and they always mess something up. After the last visit I will not... return; the menu was apparently not update and I got charged more for my items. The manager didn't care and implied we somehowshould've known they had changed. No sorry, no offer for refund, just straight up mean and rude. Other visits they've forgottenitems, the coke is off, or like all mcdonalds the icecream is down.
