My group & I were attending a concert and decided to eat here since it was inside our hotel. The restaurant itself was very nice... but the food and service was just alright. We made reservations early as I read from other reviews that service was slow and I'mglad I did. Our waitress was very nice, professional but it took her forever to get our drinks, bring them and after our foodcame, come back to ask if we needed anything. At least 20 mins between each of those. The only thing that was fast was our food.I ordered the Chicken Saltimbocca. I modified my order with no prosciutto & sage and it came with some prosciutto (on half whichwas strange) and my sauce had sage in it. It wasn't worth sending it back to only wait when the rest of my party was eating andwe had an event to go to. Read more

Definitely one of my favorite places downtown. Love the half off wines to go!

The chef and wait staff made our celebration extraordinary. We had a party of eight. Six of us arrived timely, but the two from... out of town were delayed. Never did we feel rushed or pressured to order. The waitress was pleasant and accomodating. Each of ushad a different item. The food arrived promptly. Everything was hot and delicious. From burgers to chicken, pork chops to salad,a vegetarian meal and eggs Benedict made us all glad to have this dining experience. We took photos of our mimosa flight, butmissed taking any of our food. The rolls were delicious too. We literally had to stop ourselves before our entrees arrived.Thank you to everyone who made our first visit the first of many! Read more

This place has a lot of potential, and would be fantastic with just a few changes. As of September '22, it only deserves its... rating of 3.5 stars. The good: The dishes are bold. I've never seen a smoked chicken tortellini tossed in Sriracha garlic saucewith cubed tomatoes and caramelized onions before, and it was delicious. Prosciutto seared and wrapped around chicken withprobably the best sauce I've tried in my life. The chef experiments, and the results are fantastic. Prices are also fairlyreasonable. Decor is nice, staff is friendly, and seating is comfortable. The bad: It's a good thing seating is comfortable, because the wait is horrendous. There were only 2 other tables and 3 people at the bar when I went, with 3 waitresses and a bartender. Our drink order of a beer and a mimosa took 15 minutes to bring out. Same for the refills. Appetizer took about 20minutes, which I suppose isn't horrible, but main dishes were nearly 40 minutes after placing the order. We were there for over2 hours. After the other tables left, they didn't get bussed for nearly an hour. While the staff is friendly, they spend a largeportion of their time talking with each other. I'm not sure if there was a restaurant manager or supervisor on duty, but theyclearly do not run a tight ship. If NAPA gets a good manager into place, this restaurant would thrive. Read more
