Did not receive the pizza I ordered as pizza hut used door dash to deliver it and they didn't bring the pizza. Both company... representatives blamed each other and refused to do anything to get me my pizza. Said I would have to deal with door dash to getmy money back. Both companies have lost a customer. Pizza Hut has been one of the best pizzas in the country, and they still are. My rating us due to their suicidal partnership... with DoorDash. Yes, they are no longer delivering themselves. Pizza used to get to you faster than you would have thought. Nowit's slow and just about burgeoning on cold! And the cost! I'm used to paying about $25 for a pizza and chocolate chip cookie.This time, I paid over $40 because of the "privilege" of using DoorDash! A fact I was not even made aware of until I saw thetotal after placing my order! Which is incredibly unethical as I didn't have any choice at that point. Placed an online order. For some reason it said call restaurant. First time nobody answered. Second time the person said they... would get a manager. Left me on hold for 8 minutes. Third time no answer. Fourth time I was hung up on. Fifth time no answer.Sixth time greeted by a rude manager named Greg. Didn?t seem to care about the problem and being hung up in that he was the onlyperson there. I understand people are understaffed but don?t come off rude when you finally answer.
