Tell me why I do a mobile order in the app and select drive through, but I get there and wait my turn in line just for the guy... to tell me I have to come inside to pick it up?? Spent nearly 20 minutes in line for a 3 dollar order. Come to find out the lady in the drive through had to ask me what I... ordered because she apparently forgot. I showed her the receipt cause I didn't understand why or how she forgot.
