I don't know what happened, but this place sucks now. Ordered online (fool-proof right?) Nope! They still got our entire order... wrong and then the "manager" decides to have an attitude. Close your doors if you can't do a simple task and give decentcustomer service. ???? Read more
Placed order through mobile app. Selected drive thru for pick up & was told after waiting in the long drive thru line for the... order I needed to come inside to pick it up. I asked why that was and she said "I don't know, apparently the district manager just started this policy." I in turn had to spend another 15 minutes inside waiting for the mobile pick up order. I asked thelady fullfilling my order hen why I was allowed to select drive through as my pick up option on the app and if this would befixed in their system?
