I called to place an order for pickup. I told the person who answered I wanted a large, pepperoni pan pizza and then asked what... the specials were. He said "well I already took your order". He refused to tell me the specials and then hung up on me. I wasshocked. I've lived in this neighborhood for almost 13 years. I will never again buy from Pizza Hut. Just ordered a pizza from this place! And they took my credit card number and payment. Then called me back and said..they don't... have no drivers..they have to use door dash and I might not get it, cuz they don't be delivering people food. Type mess is that.Then said if I cancel it would take two til three business days before they put it back on my card!!???????? Or I can go pick itup. Pizza was good, however I've paid for extra cheese before and this wasn't it. Looked like my standard pizza when I order with... regular cheese. Overall the experience was good minus that hiccup. With me paying for that as an extra, I would expect for whatI paid for to be there. Let's see if we can correct this. Read more
This Pizza Hut location NEVER has lemon pepper wings. Doesn't matter the day whoever does inventory must order enough to last... hours since I have not been able to order lemon pepper here in a long time. When I can order it I receive a call shortly afterasking me for a substitution. Don't expect to get exactly what you want if ordering here, you are better off going to 43rd Aveor Laveen. Other than the lack of lemon pepper wings this place is pretty standard and good. Just cannot order lemon pepper hereif my life was depending on it. Read more
