Worst night shift ever. I waited 40 minutes for my order. While ALL of the staff were messing around in the back but then had... all their friends coming in then giving out free things on top of it while there were multiple people waiting on their ordersthe staff was finishing up all their friends orders. I would say the whole time i was there waiting they had a total of 12friends come in. Then when I asked and complained why it was taking so long one of the girls said ?they got behind on orders?well probably because all you?re doing is messing around. Who cleans thier fryers at 730 pm during the dinner rush, this store does! I walked in to place an order and the gal at the... register says that they are at least a 90 wait due to the fryers being Cleaned. She was nice however I still had to review withan appropriate score. Read more
Always a disappointment. We ordered carry out here tonight. Simple order. Just some wings, tenders and fries. We showed up a few... minutes after our order ready text. There were 6 workers, about 5 people waiting for food. My boyfriend went in to pick up ourorder and had a to wait a few minutes. Fine. We get home with the food and notice we are missing 2 of 4 chicken tenders so Icall them to ask for a simple refund for the ones we didn?t receive. I am out on hold for a few minutes even though there?splenty of people working. I am then told they can only issue store credit not give a $3 refund back to our debit card for thefood we didn?t get. As if we want to go back there again anytime soon. I ask why and am told because we just ordered the food afew minutes ago? Not sure what reasoning that is. About 8 employees just standing around. 5 People waiting on orders. Employees huddled around the cooking area, in the lobby... doing anything but getting the orders out. Beyond frustrating to be waiting on food and watch the employees do nothing butsocialize. Read more
