Beyond BBQ! We were camping near by and wanted to find a good place to eat. BP?s delivered. The brisket was really, really good.... Even so, the sauce was actually the star of the show though. We also met the owner who was clearly passionate about his work. Wehave been to many local restaurants and it is always nice when you come across a place who?s owner is clearly focused oncreating a great taste and experience for guests. Stayed in town for work and discovered this place. The workers there were very friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing... !!! I ended up going there twice. The meat, the sauces, those beans, and that cornbread were soooo good and best of all, thefood was very reasonably priced. Yummy!! First time here, I just finished lunch. I ordered the chicken which I thought was really great. We shared some sides of... the green beans with bacon, coleslaw, and an amazing corn muffin. And had to have a peach cobbler for dessert. We sat out on thepatio which was very nice and cool with some music playing. Would love to come back and try some of the other meals. Ate here with a friend and we both loved it. Fast service, and the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches were both 5/5! The only... reason the review isn't five stars is because some of the sides were just OK, such as the macaroni and cheese. By far ourfavorite sides were the baked beans and the cornbread muffin.
