Kid handing ice cream order thru window (drive up only , no inside dining) was rude. Didnt know which shake was what since they... looked the same. Was rude when we attempted to use DQ rewards,which they do not honor,due to being private owned franchise. Will not be going back anytime soon. Read more
Very terrible experience, didn't have any of the three products we wanted they didn't have, come on people it's an ice cream... place. I asked for a manager, oh he's not in today, did you have a military or senior's discount, no we don't do that, it's notworth our time well that's definitely the first and last time we ever go to that Dairy Queen Read more
Downsized their Sundays & over priced for what you pay! Twice is enough totally disappointed. Ordered large hot fudge sundaes,... first time had very little ice cream, looked like a kiddie sundae. Was told the hot fudge "melted" the ice cream. Didn't evenfill half the cup. Second round had just ice cream, minimal hot fudge and maybe a teaspoon of pecans, no whip cream and told Ineeded to ask extra for that....! Will no longer patronize this store. good food. always loved their hot dogs. Though it seems they recently changed the fries which I?m pretty upset about, the fries... are still pretty good though. staff have been rude in the past but pretty sure they got rid of the problem people. just wishthey would get more staff to open the dang inside!!
