WARNING: undercooked chicken tenders was served to my 7 year old son!!! First time at this location. This has got to be the... worst Fuddruckers ever. Me, my husband and our 3 young boys wanted to give this location a chance but dang we should?ve gonesomewhere else. Our first impression was that it was incredibly dark. Literally no lights in the dining area was on. There werea few water spills on the floor and the location was obviously short staffed. There were only two big tables long enough toaccommodate large parties. Luckily we got the second table. But there were a few other large families who didn?t get so lucky ingetting a table. This location actually has a middle area with multiple large tables, but it was closed off - probably becausethe staff didn?t want to clean that area. I legit witnessed them kick a family of 6 out of that area and told them it wasclosed. This left that family wandering around the dining area until they settled by squishing themselves into a booth meant for4 people. Our food was called out as ready and we quickly went to get it. We all ordered chicken tenders and they were probablyone step above room temperature. My seven year old son complained how they didn?t taste like right and spat it out. We looked atit and that chicken was UNDERCOOKED. I took the chicken to the cook and he apologized. Not rude or anything, but in that momentI realized just how understaffed this location is. He was literally the only one cooking for this entire place. The 3milkshakes we ordered were only HALF full and the other half was reddi whipped cream. The onion rings were also not cooked allthe way and the portion size was ridiculously small. I do not recommend this Fuddruckers location. Serious changes need to bemade. Food needs to be cooked appropriately. Staff needs help and customers need to beware. I get that there are staff issuesbut if you can?t maintain a certain standard of service you shouldn?t be open. This visit was better than the last. however, still a lot to be desired. I frequented the Sawdust location for over 30 years.... While this location is only 2 minutes from the house, I would rather go to the other location. Much better service (food ispretty much the same). This visit was for a family get together in the event room. They turned off the AC , it was nice when wefirst got there. I guess they didn't want us staying long. The previous visit we got there around 7, it was nearly an hourbefore we got our food. They were out of ketchup and refused to put any out since they were closing in half an hour. They onlyhad a few packets and they disappeared quick. I realized this is onlyy experience at this location and having had greatexperiences at several other locations but It's really sad to see what has been a very good restaurant for years, lose itsappeal for me. This is probally the worst experience I've ever had at a fuddruckers I ordered my burger medium rare because fuddruckers dosen't... hire people that know meat temps I took back my burger because it was cooked well done even though it had a medium rare plasticstick stuck in it. I took it back and told the cook that I ordered it medium rare and she says ok as she stared at me wonderingwhat I wanted her to do. I told her it was way over cooked and she said ok just throw it was and I'll remake it I got anotherburger and it was still over cooked and the burger was falling apart like the burger wasn't properly made before cooking and thetopping bar was almost empty and the cheese sauce had no pump and was left open with a ladle. After I attempt to eat my burgerbecause I wasn't willing to wait for a 3rd burger to be cooked the fire alarm went off and everyone was asked to leave therestaurant. The burger that I did get to eat was disgusting it lacked seasoning and right now I'm In the bathroom my stomach isin knots I believe the meat was old or just not kept to proper temperature. Very disappointed! Got all the way home and my vegan meatless chickn cutlet had bacon on it and not vegan Hooray bacon liked I... ordered!!! The vegan cheese was missing as well. I am vegan and have been for 6 yrs. Had I not been so distracted by the foodpreparer's attitude I would have caught that and the fact it was missing the vegan provolone cheese too!! The food preparer wasupset because she thought the fella at the front didn't inform them my order was to go and he did yell to the back that my orderwas to go. She slammed the to go box down with my food inside after taking back the prepared dine in order from me. I was aboutto use the smaller to go containers. Unable to call the location because no one answers!! It just rings and rings with holdmusic. I would like a full refund, this order made over by someone else/different or an e-gift card emailed or gift card mailedto me!!! She called my name twice the first. As I walk up to get my food, I don't even see my food and yet she went back to thespeaker calling my name. I said, I am right here. Not one time was I acknowledged by her asking if I was the person who's nameshe had just yelled out. When I visited earluer today, there were no issues. But I order the Beyond Tenders and received 4. Thenthis evening I ordered them again and only received 3. Which is correct?? Smh.....I don't think I'm dining here again and willlet others know to not waste their time at this location. The Beyond Tenders from this afternoon were cooked too long! The topwas darn near burnt and the bottom was light! The photo is the bacon. I have to say this was likely the worst Fuddruckers experience we have ever had. Our last experience few experiences were school... spirit nights and not great. We understood they?re having financial difficulties and want to help them to stay in business. Thatsaid, they have to be willing to help themselves. In each of the last three visits, the Coca Cola dispensers are out of manysyrups and/or ice. Just like others have shared, there is no longer cheese sauce in the dispensers. You can?t get a burgercooked less than medium and even when you order it that way, it comes out well done. $16 for a 1/2 pound burger is a bit much.The tator tots were inedible and way oversalted. The restaurant was quite dirty and the most unfortunate thing we witnessed isthe phone ringing presumably for to go orders and watching an employee simply lifting the hand set and hanging up withoutspeaking to the person on the other line. Wow. We are done here. It?s a 40 minute drive for us one way and just not worth thetrouble or aggravation. The manager is friendly but ineffective at running this business. There is nothing this owner can do orsay to address this. It?s a consistent pattern here. We paid $37 for a poor experience and ended up eating again when we gothome. The best thing for this once wonderful chain is for it to close its doors so its legacy is no longer tarnished. Very sad Read more
