I've heard some people having bad experiences here, however I've come here nearly my whole life and never had any issues with... this location. It's likely my number 1 sonic location. Food is great, I can't recall any bad experiences with their staff, andthe wait time for my food is typically quite fast. Read more
My experiences at this location have been poor. I do not like to give bad reviews but I spend too much money and I deserve... better customer service. My husband made an order at the drive thru after 8pm. We got to the window and the lady that took theorder had everything wrong. Worst experience ever. The line got extremely long. Instead of having us pull forward to take careof the other customers, they had us wait longer at the window. We couldn't get our words out of what we really wanted to saybecause the lady closed the window while we were talking. I'm so done. I will not be returning. Read more
I just received a charge on my card despite not visiting this location in the past few days. I turned off my card and... immediately after, someone attempted to charge it again for a modified order. We are calling the bank tomorrow to figure outwhat?s going on. edit: We talked to the bank and they found two more illegitimate charges from this same sonic. I am positivethat an employee, mostly likely whoever was working around 10pm-10:30 last night, has stolen our card information. Everything is fine when they have it but don?t come in when you counting on a featured item. No Sour Patch float last week or... this week. No Cheesecake blast over the holidays. Again, we drive to another Sonic for the treats we see in commercials. Read more

Sonics are a franchise so their quality will vary based on the management of the specific location. That being said, this one... isn?t the best. I?ve been here maybe 3 times over the 2 years I?ve lived in the area and each time they?ve messed up at leastone component of each order. Yesterday I got 10 corn dogs and an onion ring and they forgot the onion rings. I even asked ?isthis everything? at the drive thru before I pulled away and was told yes by the woman at the window. The time before that I gota bacon cheeseburger toaster and when I opened it, it was a breakfast sandwich not even on toast. The food, correct orincorrect, I did receive was decent and the people working there are nice, which is why I put 2 stars instead of 1. I like thesonic chain as a whole, but unless significant improvement is made at this location, I would recommend trying a differentfranchise.
