Dear Subway manager, Rosa Moore, please teach your employee how to toast a sandwich when requested. BOTH sandwiches meat should... not be cold after it was placed in the oven. This tell me that the employee either: 1. Is not able to read the instructions fortoasting, or 2. Need to be retrained. I spent $20 for nothing when I could have went to a competitor for this amount of moneyspent. Please do better. Read more

Sandwich artist? Okay?.. . The girl with the black bonnet on her head that worked on June 3rd at 8:30 is sloppy and just has a... nasty persona. The store I ordered from called and informed me they were out of the bread i selected. So I chose another. Then they were out of... steak. Considering that was the only reason I was ordering was for that specific sandwich, that was not.good. I selectedchicken. Then on arrival was told out of American cheese. So chose provolone. So I had to wait now why they finally made it.Only to get home and the extra meat I paid.for was definitely not on it. They over did the sauces so much it was already soggy.It was not edible. Had a really bad experience at this store. I do work near here so I just wanted to get something to eat and the two ladies... working were really rude. They even before having my bad experience were talking rude and with bad words about other coworker(they speak Spanish and I do too) so when I was about to ask to get some spinach to my sandwich she (the manager) was justputting some leaves and i asked her for more and she starting arguing that they didn?t have any more and they would charge mefor that. And the other lady came to me and started talking about it too. I asked who was the manager and the other one kepttalking and said bad words. Please train your people and make sure you do talk to them. I will never visit this locationagain.
