I?m sorry to say the food was really disappointing. We haven?t been to Boston Market in years. I had fond memories of the... corn bread when I was in college but it was half the size, stale and tasteless. Chicken on the sandwich was uneventful. Unfortunately we will not be going back. Read more
Customer service in drive thru was Excellent. Polite and very helpful. Unfortunately we had a small problem with our food. I... called and spoke to the manager who was Very polite and apologetic. Came back the next day and he Apologized and replaced ourorder and gave a refund . Very very nice. The best Customer service in our area . Also the replacement food was delicious. Haven't been there in a while. Decided to go on a whim, and pleasantly surprised they have new items. The sweet Thai chicken was... really good, as was the Nashville hot chicken. Didn't seem to have as many sides as before. Only issue was the corn bread. Itwas on the dry side, not as tasty as it used to be. But overall, I'll definitely go back. Read more
Food was good but AC broken on a 88 degree day! Meatloaf was better than I remembered. Creamed spinach very good. Mashed... potatoes were good. The corn muffin was a huge disappointment. Others had chicken. No complaints. Read more

My family and I walk in at 7pm. They were out of mac & cheese, they were out of potatos, my daughter could not get the crispy... chicken dish she wanted because they were out of that also, the one cashier wasnt sure if I could get white bread instead ofcorn bread. This was the worst experience I have ever had here.. I will never ever set foot in this restaurant again. Themanager on duty was more concerned about cleaning the chicken oven then making sure the customers were getting the food theywanted. Sorry you close at 10pm, you should NOT be out of food at 7pm. Chicken was dry, food server was rude, and out offood. Its no wonder why Boston Markets are closing everywhere. Read more
