My 2 daughters went to get ice cream and a slushy. My oldest daughter mentioned that my younger daughter had a peanut allergy.... Most places wash their hands before pouring the slushy in the cup but instead all the employees laughed and said ? haha peanutsin the slushy?. You need to train your employees better! Just sad! Even after visiting this location for the last 30 years, they still know how to make a delicious strawberry sundae every single... time. I recommend a medium sized strawberry sundae, with chopped nuts and pineapple. This location never skimps on theingredients in their blizzards either. It's never too much that you can't eat it and never too little that you can't taste andenjoy them. The only thing missing from this location, is the old local hometown "Mom & Pop Shop" nostalgia feel that it hadfor over 20 years growing up here. However, the required changes, appearance and how this DQ operates is not the fault of thefranchise owner, but DQ corporate, which dictates everything, down to the exact ingredients they're allowed to use. Example, allDQ locations are no longer allowed to have or use cherries on-site. Regardless, this is a great location to visit and stillstill have a nice delicious tasty treat. Read more
