My local Tim Hortons at Main and Thompson in Clarence is the latest TH to get a major remake! Beautiful newly redecorated larger... dining room with excellent sound system playing all my faves from the 80s and 90s! Drive thru and takeout also available. Read more
A VERY disappointing visit to this location of Tim Hortons this afternoon. Went through the drive thru - a simple order one... drink - a medium Ice Cap Caramel Supreme. Got to the window handed the order told the employee this has no whipped cream norany caramel...She got another employee told her something we couldn't hear. This employee asks us what was wrong...told thesecond employee the same thing - this was a plain ice cap we ordered an ice cap supreme with caramel. She looked at us funny -we had to tell her there this wasn't what we got - there was no whipped cream and no caramel on this drink...Don't theemployees know what goes into the various drinks here? A supreme has whipped cream an ice cap supreme with caramel has caramel? Is this too hard to understand? To top off all this nonsense, there were 4 employees visible to us from the drive thru windowstanding around talking and giggling. People are working here for $15 an hour. So gross. A Buffalo disgrace! I had a cheese panini, apple fritter and iced mocha. Cheese in panini had to be fake American... orange-colored hardened oil. Fritter will almost give you diabetes with one oily sugar bite! McDonald's iced mocca is muchbetter for = or < money! 1st time ever to this Buffalo institution, last time ever too. Not into gross institution food thatadds pimples, diabetes, hardened arteries, fat etc to my body. Love yourselves more, demand Hortons use better, healthieringredients.
