Wow I had no idea one Sonic could be so terrible. This place is absolute garbage. I have no idea why I have given them so many... chances. This place needs some serious help. This is my 7th time since moving here recently. The ocean water ends up carbonatedwater no flavor. The orders are wrong or really screwed up. I got ripped off today and didn't receive one of my drinks and awhole meal. Even after hitting the red button again to confirm our order they still failed to get it right . The horriblereviews on here are spot on! Only thing right today was french toast sticks that tasted like mushy porridge in themiddle...DISGUSTING! I preface this by saying I have been to this location several times, but normally don't complain. I am just tired of it being... inconsistently gross. Since this Sonic is near my house and I work from home, I picked up my food today and went home beforeinvestigating. The chicken strip basket was incomplete. I didn't receive an onion ring and the toast was old. The chicken wasreally tough, almost rubbery. I couldn't finish eating it as the texture turned my stomach. The store also neglected to provideany of the sauces I had requested. Just a terrible experience all around and a loss of $11.00. Read more
Have had Sonic here many times now and have consistently had fast service, polite wait staff and the food always hot and fresh.... Appreciate their efforts to continue trying to do the best they can given the circumstances. Read more
Ordered 4 cheeseburgers with bacon. Not one of them had bacon it. Yet we were charged for the bacon. Gets worse every... time. Updated review: came here on 5/12/22 at 7:30, tried to order a vanilla shake. They said they weren?t doing ice creamsince they closed in 20 minutes. 5 minutes later they walked out with two ice cream cones for the car right next to us. Alsowe?re out of onion rings for the evening. This place would be out of business in a day if a Dairy Queen opened up. Read more
Okay, this place was awesome! I hadn't eaten in 9 hours and was afraid I may never find food again. You see, I was lost (kind... of, I had GPS, just didn't know where I was) and couldn't figure out why I was on a road instead of the freeway. Anyway, Idigress. This place just appeared out of nowhere, and I really thought I was dreaming until Waze showed it to me on the map.Like, I said, I was hungry! So this place magically appears, and I pull in. I wanted a Route 44 Diet Dr Pepper and two ordersof tots. I had a long drive ahead of me. The person on the speaker tells me it would be better to order the family size tots! Ilove her, or them, I really don't know their preferred pronoun. This box of tots lasted me 4 hours! It's never taken me 4 hoursto anything. The Dr Pepper lasted 6, so I can't complain. In my book, if you're a magically appearing Sonic, you get 5 stars. Read more
Ordered the new philly steak. Hardly any steak in it whatsoever. Ordered popcorn chicken with honey mustard, no honey mustard.... Used to frequent this Sonic all the time. Never again. Absolutely ridiculous. Tater tots were cold. This location used to begood. Not sure what happened. I will not be returning and will be discouraging anyone else from going. Read more
