We visited this location on Thursday October 6th around noon. Five stars for the drinks, they were great! I would give NO stars... for the customer service. A ?Hello! What can I get for you?? And ?Have a great day!? Goes SO far. None of that happened. Werealized when we received our drinks we had forgotten to order one and ordering it was a whole ordeal. I think the gal thoughtwe were blaming her for the mistake but we weren?t at all. We politely said we meant to have another drink on that order andcould we get it. It was a whole passive aggressive, not nice experience from the very beginning. Again, the drinks were awesomeand the pricing is amazing but just not very friendly staff that day. Read more
