Just had an INCREDIBLE lunch catered to our office today for 20+ people. Sebastian and Mike were beyond lovely and hospitable... and the food was way above what we were expecting- it was all amazing!! Everyone was blown away!! Couldn?t be happier withthis decision and can not wait to visit the restaurant and eat this food again!! We had beef & veggie empanadas, slow cookedchicken which was incredible, grilled veggies, the best guacamole I?ve ever had and a few different sauces/hot sauces. Amazing!!!! AMA has quickly become one of my favourite places to eat. Chef Sebastian does a wonderful job of creating unique and interesting... dishes, while also delivering on the classic favourites. From the empanadas, to the delicious mixed salads, to the fantasticmeats and everything in between, AMA gets it right. Another aspect I love, is AMA keeps the menu fresh and new, constantlychanging small things here and there to coincide with market fresh produce. Lastly, the staff is pleasant and always providesquality care and service. They create an personable atmosphere that makes you feel welcome and at home. "AMA"zing experience, The chef/staff was courteous and attentive. The food was cooked and at par to our request. We also noticed... the chef would make sure he was accommodating and going beyond any request. He really gave us that VIP feeling to every customerthat walked through that door. He demonstrated what really lacks in Toronto, treating customers beyond expectations andeliminating the fierce profit based clientele. Will definitely be a regular at AMA. It's about so much more than the food - which is excellent, in and of itself. It's fresh and flavourful, and you can truly taste... the farm-to-table philosophy... But there's so much joy in that little kitchen! And it comes through not only in the food, butin the service and atmosphere. Have enjoyed many great nights there, and will be back for many more. Came here for a Valentine?s Day dinner and was blown away! From the authenticity of the food, to the ambiance, and even the... personalities of the team members.
