Slathering fried bread with sugar shouldn't be rocket science but unfortunately for the employees at this location on September... 3rd, 2021 it was. To say the customer service was poor would be an understatement. It starts with the young lady who couldn'tmaintain her focus long enough to have a cohesive conversation and take a full order. She eventually managed to understand wewanted 2 BeaverTails with nutella and chocolate. She wandered off a couple times trying to figure the next steps and see ifthey had any melted chocolate prepared. Came back to tell us they didn't and it would be 10-15mins (there were 4 people in thislittle shed, one taking orders. What were the other 3 doing they couldn't have melted chocolate ready? Their only product isthis dessert and alot of their selections require melted chocolate.) We chose another item that is maple with sprinkledchocolate chunks, we asked to switch the chocolate chunks with reese pieces. Her head almost exploded, and said she didn'tthink they could and turned around and disappeared into the back. After the flaky young lady wandered off somewhere, anotheryoung guy showed up and asked to take our order. What? We explain we just gave it to the girl, he asks what we ordered, weexplained the chocolate issue and he says "We have chocolate, won't be a problem". We finally (after 30 minutes) get thebeavertails, slathered with what is 3x the normal amount of toppings. They were basically not edible. Into the trash and onwith our day. Very messy! But delicious
I do my review based on three things, customer service, food and price. Bonus point for H&S Customer service was good no... issues. She was polite and helped pick the food selection. Food taste was amazing !!!!! That?s understatement. Last time I hadit was at Niagara Falls. That was not as good as this one. She cooked it really well. I had the chocolate flavour. Price islittle overpriced. It?s very good but little overpriced for sure. 8 bucks a pcs is little too much. There was no hand sanitizerat the window. There should be one. Thank you Read more
