Below is my review I posted 2 weeks ago, somehow it got posted to an unrelated business and someone just let me know so am... re-posting at this time. Service at Grosvenor location is hit and miss depending on who is working ? Young, Lationo guy oftentxtg on his phone when I've arrived, music blaring loud and he can't hear what you say. Yesterday was good example. When Iarrived, he was txtg and an Adele video playing blaring loud. I told him I ordered a L whole-wheat steak for pickup for Williamand he immediately started making. So I piped up and said " I called in my order 20 minutes ago and you didn't even start on it? " Then he stopped and said it was already ready and grabbed it off the grill and wrapped it up and then proceeded to tell methat if I had called and ordered, THEN TO TELL HIM THAT ! I just shook my head. Another time with this same guy, I was waitingfor my order to be finished grilling, he had another Uber food order of 8 burritos and he slowly wrapped up all 9 burritos, gavethe Uber driver, who came in long after me, the 8 1st and then gave me mine last. The other guy who works there, a young whiteguy always friendly, has my order ready for pickup and no blaring loud music ! Read more

Bleh ???? Nope.. Never again. Ordered two shrimp tacos and a ?huge? steak burrito bowl. Shrimp tacos didn?t even look like... tacos; were flimsy, had too much sauce and the fajita wrap it came in was cold.. should have been tossed on the burner for a fewseconds to warm and puff it up a little The steak bowl was also no bueno. I was expecting actual steak strips, not somethingthat looks like ground beef/dog food. Once again the bowl was also too saucy and was just not enjoyable to eat whatsoever. Ordered 2 times here, one time was 4 stars, second time was 2 stars. By law of averages, I give this review 3 stars. I got the... chicken burrito with loaded fries (although I was given cheese fries so we?ll have to wait for jury on that one). The chicken isabove average; cooked well, not dry, good mouthfeel (I know it?s not wine), and seasoned. I liked that the protein was thedominate flavour in this and not an overload of sauces (although, the first time I had it, I remember a lot of sauces that blewme away? wonder what changed ????). Overall, decent burrito, def worth a try if you want to change things up. Read more

I am a regular customer at this location. The food is delicious. The service is excellent. But the online ordering system needs... to be improved. First, the chicken bowl has two sizes on the website-- regular and large. But apparently, the staff only knowthe sizes of large and huge. So when I ordered a large one online, the staff would make the smaller one. It happened twice in arow, but the two gentlemen who served me fixed the orders right away after I explained what was going on. Second, it says,"spend $30, get $5 off" on your website today.
