I have been here twice now. The food was fairly good, not great. The prices are reasonable. However, the service is awful. The... last time I was here I attended with two friends. Our meals were brought out to us individually, and about 5-10 minutes apart. Iwas the last to get served in contrast to my friend who received his meal 15 minutes before mine. *Note to kitchen...mealsshould be served all at once. Read more

Good customer service and the food is great. Big portions reasonable price and hits all your taste buds

This is probably the slowest service I have ever seen in a Chinese restaurant. We were recommended this restaurant by one of my... close friends who mentioned this place has good Chicken Lollipop. We got off to a good start as the female server went over themenu and mentioned the food does take a while as they make everything fresh. I was excited about the dining experience as waseager to taste the food coz of the freshness part but to my suprise the entire experience took a disastrous turn after that. Thefood never came on time, it was an empty restaurant with only myself and two of my friends but we did not get our appetizer till30 minutes, mains we had to send back as we received our fried rice but the server forgot about the Chicken Chilly. I could seethe kitchen area from where I was seated, I saw two people inside the kitchen for such a huge restaurant wearing Air Jordan andworking inside the kitchen. They were even munching on some food which was clearly visible to us. I don?t think I will ever comeback to this place again. We asked the server for extra sauce and told her multiple times we will pay extra but she mentionedthe kitchen will not give any extra sauce as this is their policy. I hope this message reaches the owner and he does somethingabout this restaurant as they have potential but they are not utilizing it. Read more

Not the best hakka I have had, but definitely good! The first time I ordered, the food was below par but I guess they changed... the chef and it's always been tasty since. Love the hot garlic chicken and chilly fish. Read more

I love the Annex. It will always have a special place in my heart for many reasons. That being said I was more than surprised... when I found this place. I was genuinely pleased what I assumed was a take out restaurant turned out to be a very spaciousrestaurant. I was the only customer inside the restaurant upon arrival. Wow, the food was great ordered the sweet and sourchicken and fried rice. I wanted to play it safe for my first time. My expectations were over meet. The sweet and sour sauce isdivine! I would love to know what they use and if I could buy a bottle of it. Mixed with the speciality fried rice (made spicy)it was everything I wanted. Bonus it was NOT a pool of greese which is so common to find in the area. I was a littledisappointed with the service towards to end, which would of made this a three star. However that SAUCE bumped it up. I?m stillthinking about hours later. Will come back and try more things on the menu. Read more
