Great atmosphere! Went on a weekend and it was a super exciting place. They had an aerial ribbon performance happening and... gorgeous samba dancers. I hadn’t been since before COVID and I was sad to see that the buffet for sides was gone. You canstill order some through your waiter, and the rest will be with the servers coming to your table. Additionally the person whowas leading the front desk seemed to take some joy in wasting people's time--as soon as he left I noticed everyone waiting wasseated right away. The food is phenomenal, the sides were excellent and their cornbread was well made. The beef ribs, top sirloin, and parmesan... filet mignon were the table's favourites, and there was an impressive selection of beef. The gauchos did well carving the meatsat the table, cuts of meat were never too thick or too thin. However, as other reviews have mentioned, the service ishorrendous. Our server was never around when we wanted to get drinks or sides. I noticed that too with other tables as well whenwe dined; another table of 8 stood up and were waiting to pay their bill for a good 5 minutes before she came out to talk tothem. We had to wave her down multiple times to get her to come to our table, and we just gave up on ordering our second roundof sides. Furthermore, she only came to our table once throughout the night without us having to wave her down. She didn't evenclear the plates off the table, a bus boy did that for her! Our table was consistently covered in meat juices from the carvings,and she never came over to wipe up the excess. The poor service takes away from the whole experience, considering that an 18%auto-gratuity is applied to all patrons. For 100 dollars a person minimum, you would expect at least mediocre service, butinstead, we got terrible service, and excellent food. Read more
Amazing food and the sides were great. Each steak was super meaty and juicy and the majority of the sides such as cassava fries,... vegis and corn bread were delicious. Main complaint is after the first hour, it felt like no meats were coming to our table forat least 40 minutes and sides too forever to come. For the last 20 mins they started coming more. Read more
Worth it, great food, music sucks $80 per person for a steak buffet, not one item tasted bad or appeared to be cheap, everything... was cooked to perfection. They go around and cut small pieces of meat on your table, you don't go to a buffet, and you order theside items through the server. The only thing is that the sides took very very long time to arrive, the meat servers are goingto every table, so it takes a while for them to get to you actually, but if you're drinking wine it'd be great. they had livedance. Another turn off was the music, idk if it was our bad luck or what, but they played radio music all night which is such aturn off for a Brazilian restaurant ??????????? in general, will be returning back, the meat was the most important thing whichtasted great. Amazing food me and family went here two weeks ago to celebrate my parents birthdays (there close) and we had an amazing time,... what a wonderful themed restaurant. Such amazing meat. Everything is delicious; I would stay away from the chicken. But it is asteak house right?. Ask for a drink called “the jungle” the staff here are very nice people.
