Food was delicious. Tenders were the perfect combination of crispy and chewy and the Bold BBQ sauce went well with them.... Atmosphere was lovely and the TVs in front of the bar were huge and you could keep track of any sports going on. I would ratethe restaurant a 5, but the service was only okay and not great. A gong show.I ordered 2 wing combos for $15.50 each for a total of $31.00.The order came as a double order of wings for $29.95... with no fries.I let the server know that i wanted 2 single orders (which come with fries) for the $31.00.She said she could putin a side order of fries. I said as long as it comes to $31.00 like i ordered im fine.The bill comes its $29.95 (double order ofwings) plus $6.95 for a side order of fries for a total of $36.90.Most people reading this would get that a credit of $5.90 wasin order.Instead they didnt because "they have voided it too many times "but the problem was not resolved.Final insult is themanager today not understanding the problem and her solution is telling me not to come back but somehow I will get 5.90 back???Agreat customer experience.I even tip them for this abuse. Yankee burger, plain, also with none of the toppings mentioned.Completely missing parts of the orders. Plainly, just awful.
