Delicious food , friendly staff and owners. I love coming back to Hong Shing because of the food and how hospitable their... people. Their food serving is bigger and better than other similar restaurants. It feels good to dine at Hong Shing. You willorder more and tip more when you feel welcome and relax . Their restaurant is consistently clean as I observed for 3 years. Therestaurant looks good and relaxing , semi formal set up and fast service. They always get a lot of online and in personorders. This restaurant became one of our favorite spots for authentic Chinese cuisine and great cocktails. My partner and I found about... the restaurant from company sponsored event during pandemic when bartender Michael Ranger from Hong Shing taught us over thevideo call how to make refreshing cocktails using ingredients that were shipped to us, such as freshly squeezed juices andtraditional Chinese rice wine. After that fun successful event, we had to try the food also. The delicious food exceeded ourexpectations. We went out for dine in dinner: pork siu mai and vegetable crystal dumplings for starters, delicious roasted duckand chicken fried noodles for main dish. Don't remember the exact names of the cocktails we had, but we had two cocktails eachand they were so refreshing and mouth watering. Went here for lunch based on the recommendation of a local. The entrance is okay but I really like the all black interior and... uniforms. The dining area is small but seems to be segregated well enough. The place is clean, but restrooms/ washrooms are onthe smaller side. We liked everything about our meals but should have requested soy sauce for our chicken fried rice to give itmore flavor. Would definitely return if ever in toronto again. Read more
