One of my favourite ramen places in the city. Got the Pork Miso Ramen with thin noodles. Tasted amazing-- creamy with just a... hint of spice. Doesn't come with an egg, so had to pay $2 extra for one (worth it because that's my favourite part lol). Youonly get 2 thin pieces of meat. I kind of wish they were thicker. Their pork gyoza and chicken karage always hit thespot. Server was friendly. She gave us water to start and refilled later on. The wait for our food was not long at all so thatwas a plus. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. They served the wrong noodles and was not even apologetic. My other order was... missing and when the server was asked for follow up, he kept saying it's on its way. After another more than 40 minutes ofmultiple follow-ups and 'it's on its way' response, they eventually admitted that they have given my order to another customer.Called the manager and a supervisor came instead with excuses like they are only human! Staff very friendly and helpful. The 5th star is for the amazing waitress helping us yesterday with our broken bubble tea... ???? Ordered the Pork Miso Ramen with thin noodles and extra bamboo shoots. The broth coats the noodles perfectly. Pork istender and well seasoned. The tofu dish is interesting.
