Terrible service, manger is disgusting and rude. Ice cream machine has been broken since July? The workers are those type of... people where you can tell when they don?t like you. Like they purposely don?t try to hide it. The Manager is definitely theworst. The blue contacts big lashes blonde hair with the black roots? Yeah her. She?s even rude to her workers. The only workerI like is the lady with the hijab she actually has a good attitude and the people making my French fries. Like the only reason Ieven go there is usually for a drink like a smoothie or French fries.. the worst is the lady at the counter the one she?s likesouth Asian and she?s just plain rude. I couldn?t hear what she was saying and she basically yelled in my face ? DO YOU WANT ALARGE OR A MEDIUM.? Like how can someone be so rude to a customer? I hate coming here so much and whenever I ask about the icecream machine they don?t even check they just are like yeah umm it?s broken. Since July that?s literally 4 months almost five.There?s literally big horse flies crawling on the cookies and donuts. Rats in the washrooms cockroaches any bug you can think ofthey are in that McDonald?s. I wish they were more cleaner. I ordered a big Mac combo last night and I when I received my meal the drink was laying on its side and the the food was soaked... and soggy in Coke I can't be upset with meal delivery driver as he is just a courier I'm more upset that whichever employees whoworked last night were that careless to to put a drink with a tray and accept no responsibility. It tried to call as well 2x toat least attempt to rectify the problem as I don't live very far but had no answer. Ok while this location can only be described as pure unadulterated chaos at peak times, anyone reading this should understand... that it is a circumstantial situation. This 24/h drive thru is manned by the sweetest employees who do their best every day andnever fail to impress. Occasionally yes, there's a wait. It's a very busy spot and it's regular to see customers yellingobscenities but my food has always been correct and hot and freshly made.
