The food was good but a little underwhelming from what I've heard about the resturant. But it was still very good. I didn't like... the rice cakes because they had a sour flavor, but other people in my group did. The noodles were good but not as good as Iexpected. The pork noodles were better then the chicken ones also!! Though the pork buns were really good and I would definitelyrecommend it. The servers were great and the atmosphere was nice. Read more

Lunch. One last time. I’ve been a regular of Momofuku over the years and when I read the news that they will be closing their... doors permanently on December 23rd, I had visit this place one last time. In my opinion, this place offers the best Ramen andnoodles in the city. The pork and shrimp buns are a great appetizer and a shared soft ice cream from Christina Tosi’s Milk Baris a great way to finish off the meal. The place does not have the bustling vibe that it once had however, the quality of thefood is great, the prices are reasonable, Post COVID conditions and the service was both friendly and efficient. I’m going tomiss this place. Well worth a visit before they close. Read more

Service was attentive and friendly. The chicken steam bun was delicious however the ramen was just mediocre compared to other... spots in the city. Best part of the meal was the house made sauce for the buns - simply delicious providing a mix of spicy andsweet! Read more

Our cocktail and beer were great, I ordered the 'directors cut' and my wife had a peach ale. I enjoyed the baos as well. They... did take a half hour to review. I found the ramen broth a little bland. I'm used to richer bone broth. I think the noodleswithout broth are the way to go as I enjoyed my wife's noodles+mushroom more. (She was kind to share) What irked me about theoverall experience and brings my rating to a 3 is the following interaction. The cereal milk ice cream seemed like anafterthought in the service. It's added to the bill and made by the hostess on your way out, but apparently we hadn't paid forthe 'crunch coating' which nobody had asked us about. It's frustrating to be asked to pay an additional $1.70 for this toppingin after I had already settled the bill. Next time I would suggest they ask patrons when they order if they'd like this topping,or include it for free. This interaction was an unpleasant way to end our experience at the Noodle Bar. The menu offers an incredible mix of dishes. The buns are soft and fresh with expertly selected fillings. The noodle dishes are... each very different while offering that same freshness. No matter what you order you'll have a great meal. The peach ale isphenomenal and paired nicely with everything! Read more
