We had the Summerlicious dinner meals for my birthday and it was one of the best birthday meals that I have ever had,... hands-down! Appetizers rojak and duck taco are parties in the mouth. I had hundreds of bowls of Laksa back home before and thisis the best that I have ever had. Rendang did not disappoint. Coffee Luwak was remarkable and worth the extra bucks for coffee.Portions are great, we were super full! Service was fast, staff are very friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Puttingthis in the list of regular go-to places! Read more

It was my first time trying Indonesian food in Toronto and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I tried the nasi goreng Jakarta and the... laksa noodle, both were delicious. The staff was super friendly, and their patio was a great little Oasis on Bathurst to hangout in. I look forward to ordering here and visiting again. My only critique was wished the portions were bigger, because it wasso tasty I ate everything :) Read more

We requested Indonesian spicy, and they delivered! The portion of nasi goreng was generous to our standard. Nasi goreng bebek,... which is the duck fried rice was not to be missed. It's not on the menu yet. The soda gembira was also reminded us of how weused to have it back home. Everything was well seasoned! Read more

Service was prompt. Food was slow though. However, I was forewarned ahead of time which was good. Ordered the Rica Rica Wings... and the Laksa Noodles. I would recommend skipping the wings - these are severely underseasoned. I don’t personally like foodto be heavy on salt or flavours, and I still found it to be flavourless. The aroma of the spices can be smelt on the chickenskin, so the lack of flavour is likely due to the wings not having been marinating in the sauce for long, or if the sauce wasonly brushed onto the wings while grilling - either way, this means none of this flavour has had the opportunity to infiltrateinto the skin/meat. I did ask for salt, but still found myself unable to finish the wings. For 15.99, I expect more than wingsthat taste boiled. The Laksa Noodles were decent. Came with a lot of tofu/shrimp, some chicken, but no boiled egg asadvertised on the menu AND also typically served traditionally. Flavours of the noodle sauce were good. Shrimp were overboiled- leaving them chewy and unmistakenly with the flavour of having been frozen for a long time. Otherwise, there was a decentamount of protein in this noodle bowl. I would recommend trying other items on the menu that the chef might be better at…Iwas secretly hoping this restaurant would be the one that could fill my Indonesian food cravings, disappointed that it wasn’tbetter. So great to have another Indonesian dine-in option in the King West area. Got the Nusa Dua cocktail, Nusa Duning (rice) and Mie... Goreng (noodles). Fav was the rice dish. A lot of different flavours and textures. Not sure if this was the Thursday specialbut all cocktails were $9.99. Staff was polite and helpful. Super friendly and kept checking up to make sure we weregood. This restaurant is tucked into a quiet spot on Bathurst so doesn't get as busy as the main street, which is nice. Theyhave a cute and spacious patio too, and TVs up indoors to watch games. Read more
