We were idiots and wanted to have congee on the hottest day of the year. We went early in the morning and even though we were... the only customers, they were really busy with take out orders. The congees were good and flavorful and didn?t turn watery like???. I highly suggest the pork liver. It was perfect and it is very hard to get the perfect texture. The rice noodle was goodtoo.
